“It’s difficult to hear the growing daily reports of evil in our society without a degree of fear. Seen from a human perspective, things appear hopeless. But as we consider the spiritual perspective of those same events, we can – and will – see what purpose those struggles serve in God’s plan.”
This text appears on the back cover of the latest book by Phil Hotsenpiller, a Senior pastor from Influence Church in Orange County, California, who is known for his preaching and writing on End Times prophecy. In an interview with The Christian Post shortly after the devastating terror attack in the city of Manchester last month, Hotsenpiller said that he tries to connect the events that are happening currently with Biblical prophecies. He said, “The attack in Manchester is further evidence that we are living in prophetic days.”
Hotsenpiller is considered to be an expert in the field of End-Time prophecy and hosts an annual prophecy conference that draws crowds in excess of 10,000 people from all over the United States.
The book, One Nation Under God Without Law, was released just hours after another deadly terrorist attack in London, and aims to explain to readers the source and spread of evil and how it is leading, ultimately to the End Times. “World events are shaping up to create the very scenario described by many of the Old Testament prophets centuries ago… with amazing accuracy. The book further prevents readers from becoming discouraged as it prepares them to grow spiritually, stand firm, and keep their eyes on the future with unrelenting hope.”
But, the final chapter of the book brings a message of hope, one that will remind us of God’s coming Kingdom. He encourages us with practical ways that we can respond to what is happening around us, and how we can make a difference in this world, until Jesus comes back.
