How Churches Can Make Perfection an Idol

I’ve had the pleasure of working at or attending a megachurch for the past 10 years. In those years I’ve seen them deal with a wide array of issues. Anything from sexual abuse to political battles.

This past year, I happened to be an intern for the church. As an intern you get to be a part of the church in one of the biggest ways possible. You’re constantly serving in any and every area. You do what no one volunteers to do. You do what no one who’s paid wants to do. You get to do all the things that are seemingly left behind.
